El Gobierno francés dispone de una lista de 3.000 contribuyentes con cuentas en bancos suizos de los que "una parte corresponde muy probablemente a la evasión fiscal", anunció el ministro galo de Presupuesto, Eric Woerth, en una entrevista que publica hoy el diario Le Journal de Dimanche.
El monto total de esas cuentas bancarias asciende a 3.000 millones de euros, afirmó el ministro, quien agregó que es la primera vez que Francia cuenta con "ese tipo de información, precisa, con los nombres, los números de cuentas y las cantidades en depósito".
Los afectados tienen hasta el próximo 31 de diciembre para regularizar su situación antes de que la Justicia actúe contra ellos.
Después del 31 de diciembre "será demasiado tarde. Insisto, entonces pasaremos a un control fiscal que se aplicará con todo rigor", subrayó el ministro.
"La lucha contra los paraísos fiscales es una componente esencial de la moralización del capitalismo", dijo Woerth.
