El Gobierno de Navarra ha acordado en su sesión de hoy el ajuste de 190,6 millones de euros del Presupuesto de 2011 con el fin de alcanzar el objetivo de déficit del 1,3% del PIB fijado para este año.
El proceso se completará en lo que resta de año con otras medidas de ajuste para conseguir un ahorro adicional de 61,76 millones de euros, así como con la previsión ordinaria de inejecución presupuestaria del 1% (41,90 millones), una previsión conservadora teniendo en cuenta que la inejecución ordinaria media de los últimos tres años ha sido del 5,5%.
Con estas medidas se pretende llegar a 31 de diciembre con un ajuste de 294,3 millones de euros (1,3 % de déficit). Esta cifra es inferior a los 327,27 millones de ajuste previstos inicialmente, dada la mejor previsión de ajustes fiscales con el Estado, lo que incrementaría los ingresos por impuestos especiales en 22 millones de euros, y mejora la previsión de ajustes de contabilidad nacional en 11 millones de euros.
Del total de ajuste que debe realizar el Gobierno, la mayor parte, 116,8 millones (el 61,3%) se realizará mediante la reducción de gasto en este ejercicio presupuestario. Por su parte, un conjunto de proyectos y actuaciones por valor de 73,8 millones (el 38,7%) se trasladarán al próximo ejercicio de 2012.
Los departamentos menos afectados por los ajustes son los de Educación, que ajusta el 1,5% de su presupuesto, y Salud, el 3,6%. Presidencia, Administraciones Públicas e Interior ajusta el 4,3% de su presupuesto; Economía y Hacienda, un 4,8%; Política Social, Igualdad, Deporte y Juventud, un 4,9%; Fomento y Vivienda, un 5,3%; Desarrollo Rural, Industria, Empleo y Medio Ambiente, un 10%; y el Departamento de Cultura, Turismo y Relaciones Institucionales, el más afectado por el ajuste, reduce su presupuesto en un 12,3%.
