Thierry Henry ha dicho que pensará en dejar el Barcelona en el periodo de fichajes de enero si el entrenador Pep Guardiola le deja en el banquillo con demasiada frecuencia.
"Por ahora no es un asunto en discusión. Pero si las cosas siguen igual, por supuesto que hablaremos sobre ello", declaró el delantero en el diario francés L'Équipe en una entrevista publicada el viernes.
Henry no jugó en el partido liguero del miércoles, en el que el Barça ganó 3-2 al Betis, y fue reemplazado por Andrés Iniesta.
El ex delantero del Arsenal pensó que jugaría en la delantera esta temporada cuando decidió quedarse en el Barcelona. Guardiola declaró al hacerse cargo del equipo que no ya quería a Samuel Eto'o, pero el camerunés ahora suele entrar en el once titular azulgrana.
"Es verdad que hablé con el entrenador antes de que comenzara la temporada. Para mí, esa conversación fue muy clara", respondió cuando se le preguntó si Guardiola le había dicho que jugaría de delantero.
Henry dijo que rechazó otras ofertas tras su reunión con el técnico catalán.
