Un juzgado de Madrid ha admitido a trámite una querella contra el director general de Seguros y Fondos de Pensiones, Ricardo Lozano, por presunta prevaricación, informó el viernes el Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Madrid (TSJM).
Lozano ha sido citado a declarar el 28 de diciembre en el juzgado de instrucción nº 51 de la capital, dijo un portavoz del TSJM.
La mutua de profesionales sanitarios Agrupación Mutual Aseguradora (AMA), que presentó la querella, acusó a Lozano de haber cometido prevaricación en la tramitación de los distintos expedientes remitidos a la aseguradora.
El director general de Seguros también está acusado de un presunto delito de falsedad documental y revelación de secretos, según el auto del juzgado.
del que depende el organismo que dirige el imputado - dijeron que Lozano está "muy tranquilo" porque considera que se trata de un "mero trámite judicial", dijeron medios.
En el Ministerio de Economía no había nadie por el momento para hacer declaraciones sobre el tema.
AMA es una empresa que cuenta con medio millón de mutualistas y una solvencia de 74,3 millones de euros, según el escrito de la querella, en la que se afirma que Lozano está relacionado con una operación para hacerse con el control del grupo mutualista.
