La jueza de Madrid que investiga a Google por el supuesto espionaje de sus coches de Street View ya tiene el informe policial sobre los vehículos. En él, recogen que, al menos del auto inspeccionado, los discos con la información han volado.
Tras una denuncia del ingeniero especializado en seguridad informática y presidente de Apedanica , Miguel Ángel Gallardo, el Juzgado de Instrucción nº 45 de Madrid abrió una investigación a Google, por la que la jueza ha citado como imputados a sus representantes.
Al mismo tiempo pidió un informe a la Brigada de Investigación Tecnológica. Según explica Gallardo, personado en la causa, 'el vehículo entregado no tenía los discos externos que la Policía considera imprescindibles para la reconstrucción y análisis de los hechos presuntamente delictivos'. El informe también recoge que 'la información capturada era finalmente transportada a Estados Unidos', dice.
Los denunciantes, junto al letrado letrado Valentín Playá, propondrán a la jueza 'una reconstrucción del sistema de captación y almacenamiento de datos empledo por Google que la Policía no ha conseguido configurar y hacer funcionar'.
También solicitarán a la jueza toda la información que la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos haya obtenido en el curso de la investigación que abrió al buscador.
