El titular del Juzgado de Instrucción número 2 de Ceuta ha ordenado hoy el traslado a Murcia del hombre que confesó ser el autor de un triple crimen en Jumilla (Murcia) y que se entregó a la Guardia Civil en el puesto fronterizo del Tarajal, que separa la ciudad autónoma de Marruecos.
Según han informado a Efe fuentes policiales y judiciales, el magistrado adoptó anoche esta decisión después de tomar declaración al detenido, M.M.H., de 35 años, quien se ratificó en su primera versión de los hechos.
El detenido asegura que mató a los tres marroquíes que le habían acompañado en un viaje hasta Murcia en el año 2005.
El presunto asesino ha manifestado ante la Guardia Civil y ante el magistrado que quemó el vehículo marca Opel Kadet, que había robado en Murcia y en el que viajaba con los tres jóvenes supuestamente asesinados.
También ha concretado que tras matar a los tres marroquíes que le acompañaban los enterró en un descampado de Jumilla, que también enterró el arma homicida y que después quemó el vehículo para hacer desaparecer las pruebas.
Después de cometer el delito huyó a Madrid y en estos años no ha querido contar los hechos hasta que en la madrugada de ayer acudió al jefe de servicio de la frontera del Tarajal para confesar su triple crimen.
