El italiano Roberto Mancini, entrenador del Manchester City, se mostraba "satisfecho", por la victoria lograda por se equipo en Villarreal (0-3) y agregó que el resultado les permite depender de sí mismos para clasificarse.
"El triunfo nos hace ser segundos y para nosotros esto es muy importante a falta de dos partidos por jugar. Ahora tenemos las cosas muy de cara", señaló Mancini.
"Fue una gran victoria que se ha decantado con nuestro primer gol, ya que en la primera media hora las cosas estaban equilibradas y nos costaba romper su defensa", aseguró.
"Luego, el segundo gol fue una losa para ellos y se convirtió en un tanto importante para cerrar el partido", dijo el técnico italiano del City.
Roberto Mancini recordó que ahora juegan con el Nápoles y van a recibir al Bayern Munich y que tienen opciones de lograr la clasificación.
"Estamos mucho mejor. El equipo crece y esta es nuestra meta seguir creciendo y buscar metas mucho más grandes y mejores", concluyó Mancini.
