Un tribunal de apelación marroquí ha anulado una sentencia de cárcel de dos años contra unbloguero local por desacreditar al rey Mohamed VI y su familia, informó el tribunal.
La semana pasada, Mohamed Erraji fue encarcelado y multado con 5.000 dirhams (unos 443 euros). Despuésquedó en libertad bajo fianza pendiente de la decisión del tribunal de apelación.
"El caso no es aceptable y fue desestimado y retirado del tribunal", dijo el jueves Ahmed Belouch, el juez quepreside el tribunal de apelación en la ciudad de Agadir.
