El precio de los alquileres en España aumentó el 3,2 por ciento en junio, en tasa interanual, el crecimiento más bajo desde 2003, año en el que comienza la base histórica de este índice del Instituto Nacional de Estadística (INE).
Este crecimiento -frente a una inflación que cayó el 1,00 por ciento en junio- confirma el cambio de tendencia experimentado por el precio de los alquileres en marzo, cuando estos arrendamientos comenzaron a encarecerse por debajo del 4 por ciento, cifra en torno a la que se habían mantenido siempre en el histórico.
En igual medida que el arrendamiento subieron los precios de los materiales para la conservación de la vivienda, que en junio se encarecieron el 3 por ciento, en tanto que los precios de los servicios para la conservación de la vivienda aumentaron sólo el 1,3 por ciento.
Cantabria, con una subida del 5,1 por ciento, es la comunidad autónoma donde más se incrementaron los alquileres en junio, además de la ciudad autónoma de Melilla, donde crecieron el 8,1 por ciento, mientras que en el otro extremo se situó Murcia, con un aumento del 1,5 por ciento.
La siguiente tabla recoge la variación porcentual del precio del alquiler de la vivienda por comunidades autónomas en el último año, según los datos correspondientes al mes de junio del Instituto Nacional de Estadística (INE).
