El precio del alquiler de vivienda en España subió un 4,1 por ciento interanual en febrero, según estadísticas dadas a conocer el jueves por el Instituto Nacional de Estadística (INE).
Además del precio del alquiler, los gastos generales en vivienda también subieron, un 4,7 por ciento.
Los precios de calefacción, alumbrado y distribución de agua crecieron un 5,6 por ciento interanual a febrero, mientras que la conservación de la vivienda y otros gastos relacionados cuestan un 3,7 por ciento más.
Respecto al mes de enero, la subida de febrero representa un aumento del 0,3 por ciento, y un 0,6 por ciento en lo que va de año, según el INE.
Este dato contrasta con el estudio privado Preciómetro de enero, del portal Facilisimo.com, que dijo el mes pasado que el precio del alquiler interanual a enero había descendido un 5,66 por ciento.
