El presidente chino, Hu Jintao, instó a un mayor consumo doméstico para mantener el crecimiento económico y la estabilidad ante la crisis financiera mundial, informó hoy el diario oficial "China Daily".
Hu, durante una visita a la localidad de Yulin, en la provincia septentrional de Shaanxi, agregó que el desarrollo económico de China continúa por buen camino pese a la crisis financiera global y el retroceso de la economía.
El Gobierno debería realizar mayores esfuerzos para crear necesidades domésticas, sobre todo, necesidades de consumo, sostuvo Hu.
El presidente chino abogó a su vez por mejorar los métodos de crecimiento económico y profundizar en la política de apertura y reforma.
