El español Ricky Rubio jugó un partido benéfico en San Francisco (California, EEUU) y aseguró que "esta temporada" jugará "en alguna parte", no cerrando, sino al contrario, la posibilidad de "volver a España".
Rubio, que sigue entrenándose a la espera de que se resuelva el 'lockout' de la NBA, participó en un partido benéfico organizado por Drew Gooden, jugador de Milwaukee Bucks, y en el que también participaron jugadores como Eric Gordon y Joakim Noah, entre otros.
Fue una oportunidad para el internacional español de relacionarse con jugadores que serán sus adversarios en las canchas de la NBA si se resuelve el conflicto entre clubes y jugadores y se inicia la temporada.
"Es divertido jugar con gente de la NBA y esto me ayudará cuando juegue de forma oficial", dijo Rubio al término del partido benéfico.
"De momento mi idea es quedarme aquí (en Estados Unidos) para ver si se inicia la NBA, pero siempre puedo volver a España. Lo que sé seguro es que esta temporada voy a jugar en algún sitio", declaró Ricky Rubio.
