El comité de empresa del diario ABC ha convocado una huelga para los próximos días 2, 3 y 4 de abril 'debido a la negativa' de la empresa a ampliar el plazo de negociación sobre el expediente de regulación de empleo (ERE), aunque la dirección ha indicado que 'continúa negociando'.
La huelga llega después de que el pasado 3 de marzo la dirección del diario presentara ante las autoridades laborales y ante el comité de empresa del periódico un expediente de regulación de empleo que afecta a 238 trabajadores de una plantilla total de 456.
En un comunicado difundido hoy, el comité señala que el ERE es 'ilegal' porque no está pensado, dice, 'para reducir personal cuando se mantienen íntegras las actividades productivas, como es el caso del traslado de nuestros talleres'.
El plazo de negociación acaba el próximo día 2, según han señalado fuentes del comité, mientras que fuentes de la dirección del grupo se han limitado a señalar que la empresa 'continúa negociando'.
