Los casi 4.000 trabajadores de la empresa de ascensores OTIS han acordado desconvocar la huelga de veinte días que tenía previsto comenzar el lunes, tras haber alcanzado anoche un principio de acuerdo con la empresa, que ha aceptado los "requisitos mínimos" planteados por los sindicatos.
Según informa el Comité de Empresa de Zardoya OTIS y AESA en un comunicado, el preacuerdo establece la transformación de 250 contratos temporales en indefinidos durante los tres años de vigencia del convenio; la reducción a 7 horas de la jornada laboral y el compromiso de la Dirección de cambiar la situación de los improductivos en las fábricas.
Además, se establece un incremento salarial del 2% de IPC previsto, más un complemento del 1,7% en cada uno de los tres años de vigencia del convenio; subidas en los pluses, cláusulas anuales de revisión salarial e incrementos en las pagas de marzo y octubre.
