El grupo de medios de comunicación Vocento dijo el viernes que registró un resultado bruto de explotación (EBITDA) negativo de 17,1 millones de euros, frente a un saldo positivo de 7,4 millones hace un año, por la menor inversión publicitaria y unos costes no recurrentes de 35,8 millones de euros.
La facturación del grupo cayó un 13,1 por ciento a 553,6 millones, ante un desplome del 25,2 por ciento en las ventas de publicidad. Las ventas de ejemplares, sin embargo, aumentaron un 1,4 por ciento a 206,5 millones.
Los ingresos extraordinarios por la venta del 5,1 por ciento de Telecinco permitieron al grupo de medios de comunicación registrar un resultado neto positivo de 47,2 millones de euros, un descenso del 36 por ciento frente a los 73,7 millones ganados hace un año.
