Los decepcionantes resultados en la búsqueda de un clima de consenso tras el anuncio del fin de la violencia por parte de ETA han motivado que Lokarri proponga la creación de un foro de diálogo permanente para abordar la 'reconciliación social'. La propuesta parte del 'problema de metodología' que detecta el coordinador de la red, Paul Ríos, y que impide, según él, abordar de un modo integral las necesidades del nuevo escenario.
Ríos pone como ejemplo la situación en el Parlamento vasco, que tiene abiertas distintas comisiones cada una con un tema concreto, o los encuentros bilaterales entre partidos, que se quedan en un mero intercambio de análisis. 'La sociedad vasca está esperando y demandando consenso a los políticos', afirma el coordinador de Lokarri.
La red evita por ahora proponer un marco para el foro, señalar quiénes deben ser sus integrantes o marcar los temas que debe abordar, aunque según declaró Ríos a Público es partidaria de que no sea excluyente y englobe desde el reconocimiento de las víctimas hasta el derecho de autodeterminación. Si los partidos no recogen el guante, Lokarri hará pública una propuesta concreta para la formación del foro de diálogo.
La red hizo el anuncio en una nota en la que mostraba su 'decepción' por la falta de consenso para celebrar hoy el Día de la Memoria. Se trata de la tercera iniciativa del Gobierno vasco que no cuenta con apoyos tras el anuncio de ETA. Desde entonces, ni una concentración en la calle, ni una declaración en la Cámara de Vitoria han recibido un aval unánime.
De reconciliación también habló ayer el Foro de Curas de Bizkaia. En una nota, los sacerdotes apuestan por el reconocimiento de 'todas las víctimas' y por que la organización terrorista, 'que ha causado tanto dolor', pida perdón. 'El perdón hace a la justicia más humana', afirman los curas vizcaínos.
