Madrid limita el sábado la velocidad en la M-30 y prohíbe aparcar en la zona SER por altos niveles de contaminación
El Ayuntamiento de Madrid mantendrá este sábado la activación del escenario 2 del protocolo anticontaminación que implica la prohibición de aparcar en las plazas del Servicio de Estacionamiento Regulado (SER) a los no residentes en horario de 9 a 15 horas.
Junto a esta medida, según ha informado el Consistorio madrileño en su cuenta de Twitter, se mantiene la limitación a 70 km/h como velocidad máxima en la M-30 y en los accesos dentro de la M-40, en ambos sentidos. La medida se activará desde las 6 horas.

Al ser sábado, la restricción de aparcamiento para no residentes se aplicará desde las 9 a las 15 horas. Con ello, los parquímetros no expenderán tiques durante el horario del SER e informarán en sus pantallas de la prohibición de aparcar a los no residentes.
La delegada de Medio Ambiente y Movilidad, Inés Sabanés, ha firmado el decreto que permite poner en marcha las medidas de restricciones de aparcamiento y circulación en la almendra central, en aplicación del protocolo de medidas por alta contaminación de dióxido de nitrógeno.
Antes de las 12 horas del sábado, se informará a la ciudadanía de las medidas a adoptar y que deberán aplicarse el domingo, en el caso de que la previsión meteorológica desfavorable se mantenga y los niveles de contaminación continúen altos.
A su vez, el Ayuntamiento recomienda la utilización del transporte público y, para aquellas personas que necesiten desplazarse en vehículo privado, el uso compartido de dichos vehículos.
Por otro lado, los ciudadanos estarán informados de las restricciones al tráfico y aparcamiento a través de la web municipal, paneles informativos de tráfico y DGT, CRTM/EMT, gabinete de tráfico, Emergencias Madrid, la web 'www.madrid.es' y redes sociales. Además, se informará a través del sistema de Alertas de Salud Ambiental.
