El Consejo de Ministros ha aprobado hoy un real decreto que desarrolla algunas de las medidas fiscales incorporadas a la Ley de Presupuestos de 2011 y que supondrá que los accionistas de las SICAV (instituciones de inversión colectiva) y las rentas más altas pagarán más impuestos.
Fuentes del Ejecutivo han subrayado que se someten a retención como rendimientos de capital mobiliario los retornos que perciban los accionistas de las SICAV como consecuencia de las devoluciones de aportaciones que estas entidades realicen a favor de sus accionistas, pero siempre que se correspondan con beneficios no distribuidos.
Hasta ahora, el accionista de la SICAV no tributaba por estos retornos, pero a partir de ahora deberá declararlos en su IRPF como renta del ahorro al 19 o al 21 por ciento.
Además, se crean dos nuevos tramos incrementados en el IRPF para las rentas más altas: un punto más para las rentas entre 120.000 y 175.000 euros, y dos puntos más para las superiores a esa última cantidad.
Para las rentas superiores a 24.107 euros se suprime la deducción por adquisición de vivienda habitual, mientras que se mantiene en su integridad para las inferiores a 17.707 euros y reducida para las rentas entre 17.707 y 24.107 euros.
De todos modos, todos aquellos que compraron vivienda antes de 2011 podrán seguir aplicándose la desgravación.
Por su parte, la deducción por alquiler se mejora para equipararla a la que se aplica por compra de vivienda.
