La compañía Air Nostrum ha presentado hoy ante la Dirección General de Trabajo de la Generalitat el Expediente de Regulación de Empleo (ERE) que afecta a 507 empleados, así como un plan de acción que supone el abandono temporal de las rutas no rentables y la reducción del número de vuelos.
Así lo han confirmado a EFE fuentes de la empresa y de los sindicatos, que hoy mantendrán una reunión para analizar toda la documentación que ayer les hizo entrega la dirección sobre esa medida laboral, que afecta casi al 25 por ciento de la plantilla, de 2.250 trabajadores.
La plataforma negociadora de los sindicatos ha quedado constituida por seis representantes de USO, cuatro de UGT y tres del SI, y otras dos personas con voz pero sin voto del sindicato de pilotos SEPLA y el de mecánicos ASEMA.
Paralelamente a la aplicación de este ERE, se negociarán las otras modificaciones que la empresa planteará sobre reducción de costes y prestaciones laborales.
En un comunicado, la empresa ha indicado que solo en el primer cuatrimestre de 2009 los pasajeros de Air Nostrum se han reducido en un 8,62% respecto al año anterior, y los usuarios de las denominadas 'tarifas de negocios' han caído un 32,20% en el mismo período.
