La Fiscalía Anticorrupción ha solicitado al Tribunal Superior de Justicia de la Comunidad Valenciana que tome declaración al president de la Generalitat, Francisco Camps, y al portavoz del PP en Les Corts Valencianes, Ricardo Costa, para esclarecer su supuesta relación con el caso "Gürtel".
En un escrito remitido a la Sala de lo Civil y lo Penal del tribunal valenciano, al que ha tenido acceso hoy Efe, Anticorrupción pide que se interrogue a los dos aforados y considera que los hechos que deben ser investigados por el TSJCV son "exclusivamente los atribuidos a ambos".
Estos hechos, según concreta, consisten en la "recepción de dádivas procedentes de alguno de los imputados" en la presente causa sin que, en el momento presente y sin perjuicio de lo que resulte de la posterior investigación, resulten "vinculados a una concreta actividad" del entorno de Francisco Correa.
Al respecto, el escrito de Fiscalía señala que existe "abundante documentación aún sin examinar", intervenida tanto en las sedes de Madrid como en la de Valencia, de las empresas del denominado grupo "fcs" (Francisco Correa).
La Fiscalía Especial contra la Corrupción y la Criminalidad Organizada recuerda, además, que "la competencia para conocer de dichos hechos correspondería al TSJCV".
