El gobernador del Banco de España, Miguel Ángel Fernández Ordóñez, el presidente de la Asociación Española de la Banca, Miguel Martín, y el de la Confederación de Cajas de Ahorro, Juan Ramón Quintás, intervendrán desde mañana en unas jornadas que analizarán el papel de sector en la crisis.
En el encuentro "Las entidades financieras españolas ante el nuevo escenario competitivo", que se celebrará mañana y el miércoles en Madrid, participarán además los principales directivos de la banca española.
Entre ellos, también intervendrán en el XVI Encuentro del Sector Financiero, el vicepresidente segundo y consejero delegado del Santander, Alfredo Sáenz, el consejero delegado del Grupo BBVA, José Ignacio Goirigolzarri, y el director general de La Caixa, Juan María Nin.
En las jornadas, organizadas por Deloitte, ABC, American Express y la Sociedad de Tasación, se expondrán la evolución y las perspectivas de las grandes entidades financieras, así como sus retos y oportunidades, además de temas relativos al negocio hipotecario y a las redes de distribución.
Fernández Ordóñez se encargará del discurso de apertura de la sesión de mañana, jornada en la que también intervendrá el director general de la Confederación Española de Cajas de Ahorro (CECA), José Antonio Olavarrieta, mientras que Quintás abrirá la jornada del miércoles, fecha que también contará con la intervención de Martín.
Entre los ponentes también se encuentran los consejeros delegados del Banco Popular y de Banesto, los directores generales de la Caja de Ahorros del Mediterráneo (CAM), de Ibercaja, de BBK, de Caja Navarra, de Caja España, de Caixanova, y los presidentes de Cajasol, Caja Murcia, Cajastur, Caja Granada y Deustche Bank.
