Leah Wood, hija de Ronnie Wood, guitarrista de los Rolling Stones, se casó la víspera en una boda que se celebró en Londres, estuvo plagada de famosos y se convirtió en una reunión de casi todos los miembros de la mítica banda.
Según informa hoy la prensa británica, Leah, de 29 años y modelo, contrajo matrimonio con el productor de televisión Jack Macdonald, su novio desde hace once años, en la catedral de Southwark.
Entre los invitados a la ceremonia nupcial estuvieron Mick Jagger y Keith Richards, cantante y guitarrista de los Stones, respectivamente, aunque se echó en falta al batería del grupo de rock, Charlie Watts.
"Fue casi como una reunión de los Stones. Pero sorprendentemente para ellos, fue una boda muy tradicional, casi clásica. Leah estaba espléndida con un largo vestido blanco y un velo", dijo al "Sunday Times" un amigo de los roqueros que estuvo en los esponsales.
Tampoco quisieron perderse el casorio la hija de Mick Jagger, la modelo Jade Jagger, así como su ex esposa, la también modelo Jerry Hall.
Otros famosos que se dejaron ver fueron la artista Tracey Emin y la modelo Kate Moss, que llegó diez minutos tarde en compañía de su hija, Lila Grace, y su novio, Jamie Hince, guitarrista del conjunto "The Kills".
Leah Wood es la mayor de las dos hijas que Ronnie Wood -muy trajeado y sonriente en la boda- tuvo durante su matrimonio con la ex modelo Jo Howard.
