El Bulli, considerado el mejor restaurante del mundo, cerrará 2012 y 2013, período durante el cual su chef, Ferrán Adriá, trabajará en la creatividad de la carta.
El prestigioso cocinero hizo el martes este anuncio durante la feria de gastronomía Madrid Fusión, que se desarrollará hasta el jueves en la capital de España.
El restaurante El Bulli, situado en una cala de la localidad gerundense de Rosas, abre de abril a octubre sólo para cenas, con un menú cerrado que se cambia cada temporada.
El Bulli logró en abril de 2009, por cuarto año consecutivo, el título de mejor restaurante del mundo que elabora la revista Restaurant a partir de un sondeo entre más de 800 cocineros, críticos y expertos de la industria.
