El cabecilla de la red de titulaciones falsas desmantelada en Cádiz y secretario general del Sindicato Independiente de Trabajadores lleva en prisión preventiva un mes, mientras que los nueve implicados detenidos en esta operación están en libertad provisional.
Fuentes cercanas a la investigación ha informado a EFE además de que las dos personas imputadas son canarias y pertenecen al Partido Popular.
Los detenidos usaban la tapadera de un sindicato, aunque sus miembros no realizaban actividad sindical alguna y carecían de instalaciones y medios para ejercer tal actividad.
De esta forma expedían títulos autorizados por diversos organismos oficiales y otras empresas delegadas, cuya docencia era supuestamente impartida por el sindicato gaditano, previo pago de 80 euros y fotocopia del DNI.
Entre los detenidos hay una persona de Canarias, otra de Mérida (responsable del área de Recursos humanos) y el resto son de las localidades gaditanas de San Fernando, Puerto Real, Jerez y Cádiz.
La Guardia Civil de Cádiz ha detenido a diez personas que pertenecían a una red dedicada a expedir titulaciones académicas falsas y ha imputado a otras dos como presuntos autores de delito de falsedad documental y estafa.
Según ha informado el Instituto Armado en un comunicado, las investigaciones comenzaron en el mes de noviembre del pasado año, cuando los agentes fueron alertados de que un sindicato de Cádiz ofrecía títulos oficiales a cambio de determinadas cantidades de dinero.
Los diez detenidos, los 2 imputados, el dinero y los efectos intervenidos se encuentran a disposición del Juzgado de Instrucción número 4 de los de Cádiz.
