El president de la Generalitat, Francisco Camps, hablará sobre el caso Gürtel y la inversión de los Presupuestos Generales del Estado en la Comunitat Valenciana en la primera sesión de control que se produce en el actual periodo de sesiones, que comenzó hace un mes.
Esta sesión de control también será la primera tras la decisión de la dirección nacional del PP de destituir a Ricardo Costa como portavoz del grupo parlamentario y como secretario general de los populares valencianos, por su relación con empresas vinculadas a la trama Gürtel.
Así el nuevo portavoz del PP, Rafael Maluenda, se estrenará con una pregunta sobre el "descenso inversor" de los Presupuestos Generales del Estado de 2010 en la Comunitat Valenciana, y las consecuencias que éste pueda tener.
La oposición, por su parte, continúa formulando preguntas relacionadas con el caso Gürtel, y así el portavoz socialista en Les Corts, Ángel Luna, pedirá a Camps que explique si tiene previstos cambios en los criterios de adjudicación de los contratos que se adjudican y pagan de las empresas y entidades públicas.
La portavoz de Compromís, Mónica Oltra, centra su pregunta sobre el alzamiento parcial del secreto de sumario "que investiga una presunta trama de financiación ilegal del PP y que afectan a instituciones de la Generalitat", y le pide al jefe del Consell una valoración sobre estas informaciones.
