La capilla ardiente del cantaor Enrique Morente, fallecido ayer en la Clínica La Luz, de Madrid, a los 67 años, se instalará hoy, a partir de las 13:00 horas, en la sede de la Sociedad General de Autores y Editores (SGAE), según han informado a Efe fuentes de esa institución.
El cantaor Enrique Morente ha fallecido en Madrid a consecuencia de las complicaciones surgidas a raíz de la operación de úlcera a la que fue sometido el pasado día 4 y que le mantenían desde ayer en estado de muerte cerebral.
Morente, que hubiera cumplido el próximo 25 de diciembre 68 años, fue operado el 4 de diciembre en la Clínica La Luz de una úlcera, una intervención que obligó dos días después a su traslado a la UCI del hospital, y fue nuevamente operado el día 6. Desde el domingo, el cantaor se encontraba en estado de muerte cerebral.
