El Gobierno de Castilla y León, en manos del PP, va a incorporar el próximo año el Impuesto sobre Ventas Minoristas de Determinados Hidrocarburos, el denominado céntimo sanitario. Es una tasa que ya existe en nueve de las 13 autonomías de régimen común, incluidas las islas, y que en el caso castellanoleonés se aplicará "a los tipos máximos autorizados", es decir, 4,8 céntimos por litro de gasolina, gasóleo de uso general y queroseno, y 0,2 céntimos por tonelada de fuelóleo, lo que permitirá ingresar 140 millones de euros al año que se destinarán a la financiación de la sanidad.
Así lo anunció ayer el presidente de la Junta de Castilla y León, Juan Vicente Herrera, tras un Consejo de Gobierno "no ordinario" que incluye también para 2012 la recaudación del Impuesto sobre el Patrimonio, un tributo recuperado por el Gobierno del PSOE tras elevar el mínimo exento y la valoración de la vivienda habitual al que el Ejecutivo regional "no va a renunciar en estas circunstancias", según sus palabras, ya que permitirá ingresar 39 millones de euros. Además, la Junta de Castilla y León va a desarrollar por primera vez en su historia dos tributos propios, en ambos casos de carácter medioambietal, que permitirán ingresar a las arcas regionales un total de 72 millones de euros .
Los 87.000 empleados públicos de la Junta de Castilla y León deberán trabajar además 2,5 horas más a la semana y verán congeladas sus retribuciones en 2012, confirmó Juan Vicente Herrera, que llamó a este colectivo y a la sociedad a realizar "esfuerzos". Frente a la actual jornada laboral de 35 horas semanales, la nueva jornada será de 37,5 horas.
