Actualizado:
El número de compraventas de vivienda fue en febrero de 2009 de 34.669 operaciones, lo que supone una caída del 37,5 por ciento con respecto al mismo mes del año anterior, según los datos publicados hoy por el Instituto Nacional de Estadística (INE).
El descenso fue más acusado en el caso de la vivienda de segunda mano, con una bajada del 45,2 por ciento (15.642 operaciones), en tanto que la de obra nueva experimentó una caída del 29,3 por ciento (19.027 transacciones).
De la compraventa total registrada en febrero, la referida a vivienda libre (30.822 operaciones) descendió el 40 por ciento, en tanto que la de vivienda protegida (3.847 transacciones) bajó el 6,6 por ciento.
