La ministra de Cultura, Ángeles González-Sinde, confirmó ayer en su cargo al director del INAEM, Juan Carlos Marset, quien se une así a los directores generales del Libro, Rogelio Blanco, y de BellasArtes y Bienes Culturales, José Jiménez, que también permanecerán en sus puestos.
Marset (Albacete, 1963) fue nombrado director delINAEM por el anterior ministro, César Antonio Molina en julio de 2007. Durante su gestión ha aplicado el Código de Buenas Prácticas, que propició las polémicas salidas de Nacho Duato de la Compañía Nacional de Danza y de José Antonio del Ballet Nacional, entre otros. Deberá abordar en los próximos meses la elaboración de las nuevas leyes de la Música y las Artes Escénicas, culminar el proceso en marcha de conversión del INAEM en agencia estatal y tener listo para mayo el Plan General de Danza, el de Música (2010)y el de Circo (2011).
Blanco, por su parte, es director general desde el primer Gobierno de Zapatero y ahora deberá impulsar la futura ley de Archivos.
Avales culturales para todos
Por otro lado, González-Sinde y el consejero delegado de Audiovisual Aval, Miguel Ángel Benzal, acordaron ayer extender la subvención de los costes de los avales para conseguir un préstamo a todas las industrias culturales, que hasta ahora sólo beneficiaba a la audiovisual.
