El grupo constructor y de infraestructuras DHO dijo el miércoles que el juzgado mercantil número 6 de Madrid ha declarado en concurso de acreedores a dos de sus filiales, DHO Infraestructuras y Obrum Urbanismo y Construcciones.
El grupo DHO presentó a finales de enero concurso voluntario de acreedores para la matriz y todas sus filiales excepto para Harinsa Navasfalt, y los juzgados de Madrid ya han declarado en concurso tanto a la matriz como a la filial Dico Obras y Construcciones.
"Estas dos resoluciones contemplan el mantenimiento de los actuales gestores de la compañía, que conservarán las facultades de administración y disposición de su patrimonio, con la intervención de los administradores concursales, pese al carácter necesario del concurso", afirmó DHO en una nota de prensa.
