La Policía Nacional ha decomisado bienes valorados en más de 1,1 millones de euros a un clan familiar de la Cañada Real dedicado presuntamente al tráfico de heroína, ha informado hoy la Dirección General de la Policía en un comunicado.
La organización fue desarticulada el pasado mes de octubre y la investigación patrimonial sobre 50 de sus miembros ha permitido intervenir once viviendas unifamiliares de alto nivel en la provincia de Cáceres y nueve vehículos, valorado todo ello en 1.160.000 euros.
Los investigadores constataron que los miembros de este clan familiar residían habitualmente en la Cañada Real y que no tenían fuente de ingresos lícita, sino que podrían utilizar beneficios obtenidos del tráfico de heroína para adquirir activos inmobiliarios.
En la operación policial de octubre, los agentes detuvieron a 17 personas como supuestos responsables de delitos de tráfico de drogas y blanqueo de capitales.
El registro de dieciocho viviendas en Madrid permitió a los investigadores avanzar sobre los beneficios obtenidos por 50 miembros del grupo.
