El Cuerpo Nacional de Policía ha detenido en Madrid a un hombre y a su compañera sentimental acusados de un delito contra la salud pública por vender hachís a menores en una zona cercana a varios centros escolares de Moratalaz, informó a Efe una portavoz de la Jefatura Superior de Policía.
Las detenciones se produjeron después de que agentes de Prevención e investigadores del Grupo de Policía Judicial de la comisaría del distrito, junto con el Grupo de Atención Grupo de Atención al Ciudadano de la Brigada Provincial de Seguridad Ciudadana, establecieran un servicio de vigilancia en una callejón que separa varios centros docentes de ese distrito.
Tras detectar la presencia de un individuo que pudiera ser la persona que vendía sustancias estupefacientes a los alumnos, los agentes le siguieron y procedieron a su detención al comprobar que llevaba droga.
Identificado como Gregorio R.P., de 53 años, la policía pidió la preceptiva orden judicial para entrar y efectuar un registro en su domicilio, donde los agentes arrestaron a la pareja de Gregorio, Esperanza L.T., de 52 años, como supuesta autora de un delito contra la salud pública.
Los agentes intervinieron 600 gramos de hachís, otros 300 de marihuana y más de 26.000 euros en efectivo, así como útiles para el cultivo, elaboración y menudeo de la sustancia estupefaciente.
