El diario inglés The Sun ha sido atacado todo el día de hoy con comentarios en Twitter y otras redes sociales debido a una encuesta que publicaron, a raíz de la dimisión del ministro David Laws. La pregunta de la encuesta era la siguiente: "¿Puede un gay ser ministro?".
Todos los comentarios en contra del diario por lanzar esta pregunta están siendo reenviados a otros a través de Twitter durante todo el día de hoy.
Así, en Twitter, @duckorange apunto a los lectores: "Te has sorprendido por la pregunta de The Sun a los del ministro gay. Pues no te sorprendas. Esta gente es la misma que lanzó aquello de 'Diez maneras de detectar si tu vicario es un homosexual'".
Mientras, @neilmonnery 'Tweeteaba': "De verdad The Sun ha hecho una encuesta con la pregunta '¿Pueden los gay ser ministros?' - Jamás pensé que este diario podría caer tan bajo". Su comentario ha recibido numerosos reenvíos.
De los encuestados el 13% señaló que era una buena idea que los gays entraran al Gobierno y el 76% apuntó que no le importaba. Sólo un 5% se mostró en contra.
La encuesta de The Sun aparece prácticamente a la vez que el diario Daily Mail publicara también comentarios homófobos encuesta de El Sol se produjo el mismo día que la mentalidad ideológica como Daily Mail también publicó aún más comentarios homofóbicos. En este diario Richard Little John escribió en su columna: "Para ser honesto, siempre he considerado que todos los diputados liberales eran homosexuales, al menos hasta que me demuestren lo contrario".
