El Ministerio de Economía colgará próximamente en su web una guía informativa sobre el proceso de ampliación de los plazos de las hipotecas.
Así lo anunció hoy en el Senado el vicepresidente económico, Pedro Solbes, quien añadió que la citada guía también se podrá consultar en notarías, registros de la propiedad, y en la página web del Ministerio de Justicia.
Solbes precisó que dada la complejidad del proceso, el Gobierno ha considerado "imprescindible" redactar este documento explicativo.
De esta manera, todos aquellos ciudadanos que puedan verse favorecidos por esta medida, dijo Solbes, tendrán conocimiento de la misma, así como de los procedimientos que deberán aplicar al respecto.
La ampliación de los plazos de las hipotecas sin coste alguno, para reducir la cuota mensual de las mismas, es una de las medidas que el Gobierno incluyó en el Plan de Estímulo de la economía, con el objetivo de favorecer a las familias que tienen más dificultades económicas.
