La patronal de las grandes eléctricas Unesa ha pedido a la Comisión Nacional de Mercados y Competencia (CNMC) que la admita como parte personada en la instrucción del expediente sobre la subasta eléctrica celebrada el pasado jueves y anulada al día siguiente por el Gobierno.
En el escrito, fechado este lunes, Unesa, que representa a Endesa, Iberdrola, Gas Natural Fenosa, EDP y E.ON, afirma además que resulta de su interés "que se investigue a la mayor brevedad si ha habido o no comportamientos no competitivos u otras faltas en el desarrollo de la subasta".
El jueves pasado se celebró la vigesimoquinta subasta para determinar el precio de la energía para el suministro de ultimo recurso, modalidad de tarifa que tienen millones de hogares, que se saldó con un aumento del 25,6%. Al día siguiente el Gobierno decidió anularla después de que la CNMC, organismo encargado de validar los resultados de la subasta, señalara que en dicha puja se habían producido "circunstancias atípicas".
Este mismo lunes el presidente de la patronal, Eduardo Montes, ha denunciado la "demonización de las eléctricas" que se está haciendo desde la anulación de la subasta y ha pedido que se difunda cuanto antes el contenido de la investigación.
