La eléctrica Endesa y la constructora Acciona finalizarán su pacto en Endesa antes de finales de junio, según publicó hoy el diario económico italiano "Il Sole 24 ore".
El rotativo, que se nutre de fuentes próximas a la negociación, establece que este "divorcio" llegará antes de la Junta de Accionistas de Endesa del próximo 30 de junio.
Y señala que en estas últimas semanas se están fijando las condiciones para llevar a cabo la compleja transferencia de los activos energéticos de Endesa a Acciona.
El periódico señala que se trata de una etapa importante tanto para Enel como para Acciona, ya que la italiana desea completar cuanto antes el procesos para cerrar su relación con la constructora española y acelerar su integración con Endesa.
"Il Sole" se hace eco además de los rumores que señalan que en un futuro Endesa y Enel podrían repartirse las competencias y mientras la española se encargaría de su mercado doméstico y del latinoamericano, los italianos se ocuparían del resto del mundo y con especial atención de Europa del este.
Asimismo, el rotativo precisa que el presidente de Acciona, José Manuel Entrecanales está acelerando los tiempos para el acuerdo para conferir al holding Acciona Energías Renovables todos los activos relacionados con este sector y transformarse en el segundo operador mundial de energías renovables.
Por último, "Il Sole" señala que la separación entre Enel y Acciona contribuirá a esclarecer cuál será la misión de Endesa dentro del grupo Enel, y el rol de Acciona como un nuevo actor importante en el sector de la energía.
El 10 de octubre de 2007 Enel se convirtió en accionista mayoritario de Endesa con un 67,05 por ciento, porcentaje que ha acordado aumentar recientemente tras llegar a un acuerdo con Acciona para comprar su 25,01 por ciento de participación en la eléctrica española.
