El primer Salón de las Oportunidades Inmobiliarias Low Cost cierra hoy sus puertas en la Feria de Barcelona tras recibir más de 60.000 visitantes, lo que, según el presidente del salón, Enrique Lacalle, "ha sido un éxito por encima de todas las previsiones más optimistas".
Las cifras de Low Cost confirman, según Lacalle, el acierto que ha supuesto esta iniciativa que la organizadora repetirá en otras ciudades de España y de Cataluña, y el éxito representa "un cambio de tendencia".
Lacalle ha anunciado que el próximo Low Cost será mucho más grande, y tendrá lugar del 27 de octubre al 2 de noviembre próximos.
En cuanto a la cifra de negocio inmobiliario, la organización ha indicado que "se han negociado operaciones inmobiliarias que pueden estar por encima de los 30 millones de euros y se han hecho contactos a materializar en los próximos días por 40 millones más".
