Ferrovial se mantenía a media sesión a la cabeza de las subidas del Ibex tras anunciar hoy que ha logrado un acuerdo para refinanciar la deuda de la compra de su filial aeroportuaria BAA.
A las 14.15, los títulos del grupo constructor y de servicios subían el 4,84 por ciento y sus acciones se cambiaban a 53,05 euros frente a los 50,60 que marcaban al cierre de la sesión del viernes.
Hasta esa hora, los inversores habían intercambiado 939.000 acciones por un valor de 49,3 millones de euros.
Otros valores que conseguían mantenerse en positivo a media sesión en una jornada en la que el Ibex perdía el soporte de los 13.400 puntos eran Cintra, con un avance del 1,92 por ciento, Enagas, con el 0,34 por ciento, y Red Eléctrica, con el 0,33 por ciento.
La operación, que fuentes de la compañía han asegurado que "aún no está cerrada", supone el acuerdo con nueve entidades financieras, entre las que se encuentran algunos de los principales bancos españoles, como Santander, BBVA y Caja Madrid.
