La Audiencia Nacional juzgará hoy a un joven por hacer pintadas de apoyo a ETA en Bilbao, al que la Fiscalía acusa un delito de enaltecimiento del terrorismo y pide que sea condenado a 1 año y 8 meses de cárcel.
En su escrito de conclusiones provisionales, el fiscal relata cómo el acusado -Francisco Javier Rodríguez Gil- fue detenido por agentes de la Ertzaintza en la madrugada del 8 de junio del pasado año "cuando se encontraba realizando una pintada" en la calle Zabalbide de Bilbao.
El joven fue arrestado a las 3.10 horas con un bote de 'spray' de pintura blanca con el que había escrito "Gora E...", "expresión que no pudo terminar al ser sorprendido por los agentes" cuando se encontraba con otra persona que se dio a la fuga "sin haber sido identificada".
Los agentes inspeccionaron después las inmediaciones y descubrieron otras pintadas en las que se podía leer "ETA", "presoak askatasuna" y "Gora ETA", escrito con pintura roja y negra, y a unos 10 metros observaron otra pintada que también decía "Gora ETA", escrita con "aerosol blanco".
