El juez de la Audiencia Nacional Baltasar Garzón le ha comunicado hoy al etarra Joseba Urrusolo Sistiaga su procesamiento por un atentado con paquete-bomba en 1991, que iba dirigido contra un alto funcionario del Ministerio de Justicia y en el que murieron tres policías que intentaban desactivarlo.
El magistrado le acusa de tres delitos de asesinato, uno en grado de tentativa y otro de estragos terroristas en relación con estos hechos, han informado fuentes jurídicas.
ETA envió el 25 de junio de 1991 un paquete-bomba a la empresa de paquetería Express Cargo de Valladolid con el fin de que fuera remitido a Jesús María Gómez Pérez, subdirector general de Personal del Ministerio de Justicia.
Una vez que el paquete llegó al Ministerio, éste fue rechazado y devuelto a la empresa, en la que quedó almacenado y donde acudieron los Tedax para desactivarlo.
Cuando se disponían a neutralizar la bomba, compuesta por unos 7 kilos de explosivos, explotó y causó la muerte a tres policías.
