El Gobierno español prepara ya un decreto que generaliza un nuevo contrato de trabajo indefinido con una indemnización por despido improcedente de 33 días frente a los 45 días actuales, dijo el lunes el diario El País.
El diario dijo que ante las escasas esperanzas de lograr un acuerdo entre sindicatos y empresarios en materia laboral dentro del plazo fijado, el Gobierno podría aprobar un borrador para reformar el mercado laboral el 11 de junio.
A cambio de un despido más barato, se restringirá el uso de los contratos temporales, cada vez más extendidos, agregó el periódico, aunque añadió que el ejecutivo ha concedido a sindicatos y patronal una última oportunidad para el consenso y tiene previsto celebrar hoy una reunión tripartita.
"La reforma laboral es un tema clave en la credibilidad del gobierno para afrontar la crisis de cara al exterior y forma parte del compromiso tras la cumbre europea en la que se anunció el último recorte presupuestario", dijo el broker Banesto Bolsa en una nota para sus clientes.
Banesto agregó que en caso de acercarse las posturas entre sindicatos y patronal en la reunión de hoy, el Gobierno podría prolongar unos días las negociaciones para cerrar un acuerdo que evite una reforma laboral por Decreto-Ley y deje a los sindicatos sin argumentos para convocar una huelga general.
