El empleo en las grandes empresas -aquellas con un volumen de negocio anual superior a los seis millones de euros- cayó el 7,5 por ciento en junio respecto al mismo mes del pasado año, mientras que las ventas disminuyeron el 11,7 por ciento.
Según los datos de la Encuesta de Ventas, Empleo y Salarios de las Grandes Empresas que elabora la Agencia Tributaria, la mayor caída de empleo se registró en la construcción (11,3%), seguido de industria (10,2%) y servicios a empresas (10,1%).
Además, la retribución bruta media se incrementó el 2,9%, hasta situarse en 2.519 euros.
La mayor subida se registró en servicios a empresas (7,1%), seguido de comercio y hostelería (2,7%) e industria (2,5%).
Asimismo, las ventas totales de las empresas disminuyeron el 11,7% y las interiores el 11,5%.
Según la Agencia Tributaria, parte de esa mejora experimentada tiene que ver con el mal dato de junio de 2008 provocado por la huelga de transportistas.
Las exportaciones disminuyeron el 12,8%, con un descenso del 10,7% en las ventas a la UE y del 16,1% a terceros países.
En cuanto a las importaciones, bajaron el 21,3%, con una disminución del 23,1% en las compras a miembros de la UE y del 18% a terceros países.
