Actualizado:
El consorcio constructor alemán Hochtief ha aconsejado a sus accionistas rechazar la oferta pública de adquisición (opa) de sus títulos del grupo español ACS por considerar que es "financieramente insuficiente".
"Esto lo confirman también (los informes elaborados por) Credit Suisse y Deutsche Bank", subraya un comunicado difundido hoy por la dirección y el consejo de control de Hochtief.
Estos órganos de la empresa subrayan en el comunicado que "la proyección estratégica de un grupo independiente Hochtief y sus perspectivas de futuro son muy prometedoras" y revela que esperan para 2011 unos resultados antes de impuestos de unos mil millones de euros.
