Actualizado:
La eléctrica Iberdrola informó hoy de que ha vendido su participación del 15,68 por ciento en la irlandesa Petroceltic Internacional por 34,5 millones de libras (39 millones de euros).
Paralelamente, la eléctrica ha decidido no ejercitar una opción de compra sobre activos en Argelia pertenecientes a Petroceltic, lo que le reportará unos ingresos de 7,33 millones de dólares (5,10 millones de euros).
Así, la operación, que se enmarca en su objetivo de desinvertir en activos no estratégicos, supondrá para Iberdrola unos ingresos netos de 43,89 millones de euros.
