1. ¿Qué lleva al BCE a decidir por unanimidad subir los tipos si es tan negativo?
Es la idea de que la inflación hay que combatirla a garrotazos, el dogma neoliberal y las manías de Alemania. El problema es que la inflación que tenemos ahora es por el petróleo y por productos muy concretos. Es aplicar una única medida para problemas que necesitan sus propias soluciones.
2. ¿Hay solución a un problema como el repunte del precio del petróleo, provocado por factores que escapan a las posibilidades de control de Europa?
El problema es el exceso de consumo energético en Europa. Eso se combate con medidas de cambio de modelo productivo y de modelo de consumo.
3. ¿Y subir tipos, cuál es el efecto que se provoca?
A las empresas que vayan bien y que tengan que hacer inversiones se les provocarán problemas de financiación y se les complicará la vida. A los hipotecados también, porque el sistema financiero es muy asimétrico. Tarda en trasladar las bajadas (hipotecas suelo, etc.) pero no las subidas.
