El diputado de ICV Joan Herrera valoró hoy el pacto al que ha llegado el grupo parlamentario IU-ICV con el PSOE para subir los impuestos a las rentas altas y anunció que se inclinan a abstenerse en la próxima votación del techo de gasto en función de un acuerdo de financiación y de cambiar la fiscalidad.
Esta tarde el Congreso de los Diputados votará la moción consecuencia de interpelación urgente del grupo que componen ERC, IU e ICV para reorientar la política fiscal, con la enmienda pactada con los socialistas.
Esta medida pretende modificar las deducciones del Impuesto de la Renta sobre las Personas Físicas (IRPF) para dotarlas de mayor progresividad y, en particular, el cheque de los 400 euros a asalariados, pensionistas y autónomos.
Además, propone reformar el IRPF y el Impuesto sobre Sociedades "con el objeto de evitar abusos manifiestos" como el hecho de que los deportistas profesionales extranjeros que residan en España menos de seis años paguen sólo el 24%, igual que los que ingresan menos de 17.000 euros.
