Los actores Jack Nicholson y Dennis Quaid han puesto a la venta dos de sus lujosas propiedades situadas en el área de Los Ángeles valoradas en varios millones de dólares, según informó hoy el diario Los Angeles Times.
Nicholson, de 73 años y ganador de tres Óscar ("One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest", "Terms of Endearment" y "As Good as It Gets") quiere deshacerse de su mansión en Malibú que salió al mercado con un precio de 4,25 millones de dólares.
Se trata de un rancho con pista de tenis, un "green" para practicar golf, una piscina, un spa, así como una cabaña, además de un edificio principal de una sola planta construido en 1966 que cuenta con tres dormitorios y dos cuartos de baño y con vistas al océano y a las montañas.
Nicholson adquirió el complejo en 1977 y es una de las múltiples propiedades que el veterano actor posee en el sur de California.
Dennis Quaid, por su parte, sacó a la venta su rancho ecuestre localizado en la zona de Pacific Palisades y tasado en 16,9 millones de dólares.
El terreno de 2 acres consta de corral y granero, está atravesada por un riachuelo y tiene un edificio principal de estilo francés que está acompañado de una casa para invitados y un estudio.
En total, la propiedad consta de 8 habitaciones y nueve baños, un gimnasio, piscina y spa.
