El juez Luis Aláez, que instruye la causa por el accidente del tren Alvia ocurrido en Angrois el pasado 24 de julio, ha emitido este viernes un auto en el que critica duramente la actuación de los responsables de Adif y acusa al administrador de "incrementar el riesgo para la vida de miles de personas" cambiando el sistema de seguridad ERTMS por el ASFA por "motivos comerciales".

En un auto de 14 páginas, el juez ve en esta decisión una posible "imprudencia punible" y acusa a Adif de haber realizado el cambio de sistema de seguridad con el único objetivo de conseguir una "insignificante reducción en los costes" de la obra y "minutos menos de viaje" para los pasajeros, con el consecuente "déficit de seguridad" en la curva de A Grandeira.
Así, incorpora a la causa nueva documentación y solicita a los peritos oficiales que analicen las características de la línea y la conveniencia de este cambio de sistema de seguridad. Paralelamente, llama a declarar como testigos al jefe de Maquinistas que alertó en 2011 de la peligrosidad de la curva y a dos de los responsables que recibieron el correo electrónico.
