El Juez Central de Menores de la Audiencia Nacional, José Luis Castro, se ha declarado no competente para investigar el caso del pirata detenido por el secuestro del barco español "Alakrana" al ser éste mayor de edad y devuelve la causa al juez Santiago Pedraz, que lo dejó en libertad hace dos días.
Así lo han confirmado fuentes fiscales, que han señalado que Castro ha adoptado esta decisión después de la vista celebrada esta mañana en la que los fiscales Ignacio Gordillo y Jesús Alonso le han presentado las últimas pruebas médicas que le realizaron ayer por la tarde al joven somalí Cabdiweli Cabdullahi, "Abdu Willy", que determinaban que era mayor de edad.
Por ello, el Juez Central de Menores pondrá al pirata a disposición del Juzgado de Pedraz, aunque al traerlo esta tarde a la Audiencia Nacional pasará ante el juez de guardia, que esta semana es Fernando Andreu.
