La justicia argentina intervino a las empresas Aerolíneas Argentinas y Austral a petición del Gobierno para garantizar la continuidad del servicio, dijeron el viernes fuentes de la empresa y la agencia estatal Télam.
Aerolíneas Argentinas y Austral, que dominan el 80 por ciento del mercado aéreo argentino, son controladas por el grupo español Marsans, que en julio había firmado un acuerdo con el Gobierno para venderle las acciones de ambas firmas.
Fuentes de la compañía confirmaron la intervención judicial y dijeron que el secretario de Transporte Ricardo Jaime se encontraba en las oficinas comerciales de la empresa.
El congreso argentino avaló recientemente la estatización de las líneas aéreas, pero también creó una comisión bicameral que esta semana impulsó un proyecto de ley para expropiar ambas empresas.
Marsans dijo esta semana que si el Gobierno expropiaba las compañías presentaría un reclamación ante los tribunales internacionales.
Desde que en julio se firmó el acta acuerdo, el Gobierno desembolsó unos 200 millones de dólares para mantener operativas las compañías.
